Kick off your race with a Pasta Dinner,pre-race lectures and enjoy Island music. Enjoy a 5K or 10K Walk/Race, Great goodie bag, post race concert, and post race Caribbean Dinner.
Kick off the next morning with the Caribbean Sounds Race 5K Walk and 10K Run through a well shaded area of Rock Creek Park. It is a challenge for the best runners, and cash prizes will apply. Post Race goodies and great entertainment.
